Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail sales team by delivering exceptional client service and executing clienteling activities to drive conversion and lifetime value.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute floor moves and product replenishment, and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, organising back-of-house, and liaising with loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with daily operational reporting, sales administration tasks and coordination of client appointments and events.
- Train and mentor junior sales colleagues on product knowledge, service protocols and operational procedures when required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering high standards of client service and meeting sales or service KPIs.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling, POS operation, and basic sales reporting.
- Ability to maintain brand presentation and follow visual merchandising directives.
- Comfort working flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in a luxury or premium fashion environment and who have supported sales teams or operated independently on the sales floor.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post-secondary coursework in retail, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
