Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to the boutique sales team, including inventory replenishment, stock transfers and point-of-sale processing.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor sets to uphold Coach brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Support clienteling efforts by preparing client communications, appointment coordination and maintaining client records to drive retention and sales.
  • Assist with receiving, inspection and accurate tagging of merchandise; manage inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on sales reports, operational tasks and ad hoc projects to optimize store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in retail operations within a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail and numerical accuracy for inventory and sales tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting and supporting cross-functional store responsibilities.

Experience

Approximately 2–4 years of progressive retail or sales support experience, preferably with a background in luxury or premium fashion and a demonstrated record of supporting store operations and client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
