Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the retail store, ensuring smooth sales floor and back-of-house processes.
- Assist with inventory control: receive, count, tag, replenish stock and manage stockroom organization.
- Support clienteling activities by maintaining client records, preparing client orders and coordinating follow-up communications.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Collaborate with store leadership and visual merchandising teams to execute floor sets, product presentations and fixture maintenance.
- Prepare and dispatch shipments, manage incoming deliveries and liaise with distribution/warehouse teams as required.
- Maintain store compliance with brand standards, loss-prevention procedures and corporate reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, retail or fashion preferred.
- Demonstrable understanding of luxury retail standards, customer service and brand presentation.
- Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and cash handling.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
- Physical ability to perform retail duties, including lifting and moving merchandise and standing for extended periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with proven competence in store operations and client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail or fashion is advantageous.
