Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to store sales teams, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Manage daily point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Execute clienteling activities: follow up with clients, maintain CRM records and support appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.

Qualifications

- Proven record of dependable, discreet client service and professional conduct in a retail setting.
- Strong numerical aptitude and experience with cash handling and transactional accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise across store and corporate teams.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion; prior exposure to inventory control and CRM-driven clienteling is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary coursework in retail, merchandising or business is a plus.
