Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to retail sales teams, ensuring smooth in-store execution and elevated client experiences.
- Manage clienteling activities including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and maintenance of client records to drive repeat business.
- Support merchandising and visual presentation tasks: floor moves, stock replenishment, pricing, and upkeep of product displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with sales transactions, returns and gift services while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, coordinate transfers and liaise with distribution/warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute sales and performance reports; analyse basic metrics to support local sales strategies and targets.
- Train and coach junior staff on service standards, product knowledge and operational processes as required.
- Act as liaison between store and corporate teams (operations, loss prevention, e‑commerce) to escalate issues and implement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium fashion environment with strong client service orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Numeric fluency for sales reconciliation and inventory control; attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM and POS systems and to maintain confidential client information.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum of three years' progressive experience in luxury or premium retail sales support, clienteling or sales operations; prior exposure to high-volume or flagship store environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
