Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to support retail operations at its Omaha-area outlet location. The role encompasses point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, visual merchandising, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The associate will maintain sales floor standards, process shipments, and serve as a brand ambassador while managing flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized support
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with established protocols
- Execute visual merchandising updates, replenish inventory, and manage stock levels on the sales floor
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Respond to customer requests confidently and partner with team members and management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet platforms
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Fluent English language proficiency

Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in a customer-facing, cashier, stock, or sales role, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
