Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to support retail store operations and customer service excellence. This role encompasses cash wrap management, point-of-sale operations, inventory processing, and sales floor support within a luxury fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will deliver warm, personalized customer interactions while maintaining operational efficiency and brand standards across all store functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to use walkie-talkie communication systems
- Capability to read and understand price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; however, strong English language proficiency is required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
