Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive clienteling and personalised service to cultivate repeat business and long-term client relationships.
  • Support daily sales operations including opening/closing procedures, transaction processing and cash handling at the POS.
  • Manage inventory activities: receive and process stock, perform regular stock counts, and assist with replenishment.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with store management on sales targets, promotions, and floor priorities to maximise conversion.
  • Use CRM and POS data to record client interactions, follow-up actions and sales reporting.
  • Assist with staff training and onboarding on product knowledge, service protocols and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to loss prevention and security processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, business or fashion preferred.
  • At least 2 years of retail or sales support experience, ideally within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with merchandising and stock handling.
  • Legal right to work in the United States (if located in New York) and ability to pass required background checks.

Experience
