Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store sales teams by preparing merchandise, replenishing stock and executing transfers to optimise floor availability.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: install displays, ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives and execute promotional rollouts.
  • Manage inventory control tasks including receiving shipments, cycle counts, returns processing and reporting discrepancies.
  • Provide clienteling and after-sales support: follow up on client enquiries, assist with appointments and maintain customer records.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, sales paperwork and stock documentation to regional management.
  • Collaborate with store management on training, loss-prevention protocols and compliance with brand policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service orientation with a polished, professional demeanour suitable for a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in inventory and visual presentation tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Physical ability to handle merchandise tasks (lifting, carrying, prolonged standing).

Experience
