Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support to the sales team by managing clienteling activities, appointment scheduling and follow-up to maximise client retention and conversion.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling and reconciliation protocols.
  • Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, replenishment and stock presentation to ensure brand consistency and commercial impact.
  • Receive, process and reconcile inventory shipments; perform cycle counts and assist in loss-prevention procedures and shrink control.
  • Prepare and deliver regular administrative reports (sales, inventory, client lists) to store management and support ad hoc operational projects.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, store readiness checks and the coaching or onboarding of more junior associates when required.
