Role & Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to the sales team by managing clienteling activities, appointment scheduling and follow-up to maximise client retention and conversion.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling and reconciliation protocols.
- Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, replenishment and stock presentation to ensure brand consistency and commercial impact.
- Receive, process and reconcile inventory shipments; perform cycle counts and assist in loss-prevention procedures and shrink control.
- Prepare and deliver regular administrative reports (sales, inventory, client lists) to store management and support ad hoc operational projects.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, store readiness checks and the coaching or onboarding of more junior associates when required.
Qualifications
- Proven excellence in client service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and high standards of personal presentation consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Strong numerical aptitude and reliability in cash handling and transactional accuracy.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if located in the U.S.).

Education
