Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent); experience in luxury retail service preferred
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet browsing
- Ability to read price and product release sheets and operate walkie-talkie communication devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including cashier operations, stock management, or sales roles; experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred. A combination of equivalent education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific educational requirements may be waived based on substantial retail experience.
