Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams, including order processing, returns and exchanges, and POS transactions.
  • Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and discrepancy resolution to maintain merchandising standards.
  • Execute clienteling and CRM tasks to support retention and personalized service, including follow-up communications and appointment scheduling.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales and inventory reports to store management; highlight trends and exceptions for corrective action.
  • Assist with visual merchandising resets and ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and promotional plans.
  • Train and mentor junior associates on procedures, sales tools and service standards; act as escalation point for complex customer issues.
  • Liaise with regional operations, distribution and corporate teams to coordinate store needs, transfers and special orders.

  • Proven aptitude for retail operations with strong attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated numeracy and organizational skills to manage inventory and reconcile transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Discretion and professionalism handling confidential client information and high-value merchandise.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
