Coach in New York is hiring a Sales Support Associate III to support luxury retail operations, clienteling and inventory management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the store sales team, including processing transactions, managing exchanges/returns and maintaining POS accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and after-sales service: capture client data, follow up on enquiries, and support appointment scheduling and VIP servicing.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution in collaboration with store leadership.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports, analyse KPIs and escalate trends or issues to store management.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and floor moves to ensure brand presentation is consistent and commercial.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff on systems, process and client service best practices as required.
  • Coordinate with regional operations, e‑commerce and fulfilment teams on cross-channel orders and special requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering high-calibre customer service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with clienteling and achieving sales or service KPIs.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and inventory control.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional demeanour, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual ability desirable but not mandatory.

Experience

Mid-level candidate with approximately 3+ years of customer-facing retail or sales support experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail brands, with a track record in clienteling, inventory management and meeting commercial targets.
