Coach in New York is hiring a Sales Support Associate to support store operations, sales reporting and client escalations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to store teams, including inventory replenishment, merchandise transfers and stock accuracy audits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales and inventory reports to regional management; analyse basic KPIs to support commercial decisions.
  • Act as first point of escalation for client service issues referred by store staff; coordinate solutions across repairs, returns and product enquiries.
  • Support visual merchandising execution and store standards by coordinating fixtures, signage and planogram adherence.
  • Collaborate with regional operations, logistics and loss-prevention teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Participate in onboarding and informal coaching of store colleagues; help implement promotions and product launches at store level.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, store support or sales support — luxury or premium brands preferred.
  • Demonstrable understanding of inventory control, basic sales reporting and retail KPIs.
  • Strong client-service orientation with proven ability to resolve escalated customer issues professionally.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to travel occasionally between stores or regional offices.

Experience
