Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day sales-floor and back‑office support to store management and sales teams to maximize client conversion and retention.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling services: follow up on leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, returns and repairs, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss prevention procedures.
- Assist with visual merchandising and floor standards to maintain brand presentation and product storytelling.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports for store and regional leadership and escalate operational issues.
- Coordinate with regional operations, stockroom and product teams to resolve client and inventory queries promptly.
- Train and mentor new hires on operational procedures, brand standards and customer service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or sales support experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Demonstrable client service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid numeracy and accuracy for transaction processing and inventory control.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.

Typically 2–4 years of retail, sales support or client service experience; experience in luxury fashion or leather goods preferred. Proven track record supporting sales teams and executing operational tasks in a busy store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or retail management certification preferred.
