Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the store sales team, enabling advisors to maximise client engagement and sales conversion.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy while maintaining premium service standards.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through stock receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the sales floor and displays meet brand presentation standards.
  • Support clienteling activities: schedule appointments, update CRM records, prepare client communications and follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily sales and inventory reports, escalate exceptions, and assist with basic administrative tasks for store leadership.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching on operational processes and brand standards as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail operations or sales support within premium or luxury fashion is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Demonstrated numerical accuracy and experience handling cash/transactions.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional presentation and strong verbal communication skills.
