Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the store sales team, enabling advisors to maximise client engagement and sales conversion.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy while maintaining premium service standards.
- Maintain inventory integrity through stock receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the sales floor and displays meet brand presentation standards.
- Support clienteling activities: schedule appointments, update CRM records, prepare client communications and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports, escalate exceptions, and assist with basic administrative tasks for store leadership.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching on operational processes and brand standards as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail operations or sales support within premium or luxury fashion is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated numerical accuracy and experience handling cash/transactions.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and strong verbal communication skills.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within a premium or luxury brand, supporting sales teams and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational qualification in retail, business or related field preferred.
