Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, bespoke client service and drive sales through active clienteling and personalized engagement.
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and accurate point-of-sale transactions.
- Manage inventory activities: receiving, reconciling, replenishment, stock counts and shrink-prevention protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects seasonal directives and product presentation guidelines.
- Use CRM and store systems to log client interactions, follow up on leads and support retention initiatives.
- Prepare and consolidate daily sales and operational reports for store leadership; escalate issues as appropriate.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring less-experienced team members and contribute to a high-performing retail culture.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in customer-facing retail roles, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
- Strong numeracy and proven accuracy in cash handling and transactional processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and manage sensitive client data.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- High level of discretion, integrity and adherence to loss-prevention and privacy procedures.

Experience
Typically requires 3+ years of hands-on retail experience, with demonstrable performance in luxury or premium goods environments and familiarity with store operations and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
