Coach is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate to support client service, point-of-sale operations, stock flow and visual merchandising in its Natick store. The role requires at least one year of retail experience and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; the base pay range is $15.00–$19.50 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with policy.
  • Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
  • Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with the team or management as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashiering, stock or sales experience; preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including using an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
