Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance throughout their store visit
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted and appropriate
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, organized stockroom environment
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates per brand guidelines
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines to ensure a secure, welcoming environment
- Lift and move merchandise (minimum 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to utilize walkie talkies, understand and read price sheets, and interpret product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays
Skills
Experience
One or more years of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and professional retail experience will be considered.
