Coach Sales Support Associate position in Nashville, TN. Part-time luxury retail role at Opry Mills location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Lift, carry, climb, bend, and kneel to maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
  • Ability to operate walkie-talkie devices and interpret price and product release sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
