Coach Sales Support Associate position in Nashville, TN. Part-time retail role at Opry Mills location with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized guidance
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with established protocols
- Process shipments and transfers with precision; identify discrepancies, organize inventory, and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates under direction
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards and loyalty programs, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and market presence
- Respond confidently to customer requests and collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to loss prevention and security guidelines
- Demonstrate physical capability to lift merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.) and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom environments
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail or customer service environments
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to read price sheets, product release information, and utilize walkie-talkie systems
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native or near-native English proficiency
- Flexibility to work extended and varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail, cashier, stock, or direct sales roles. Experience in fast-paced retail environments and familiarity with fashion merchandising are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications valued but not required.
