Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and inventory transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and support visual merchandising updates
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs); climb, bend, kneel as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
• Ability to utilize two-way communication devices and read price and product release sheets accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, sales, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
