Coach in Nashville, TN seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate (Opry Mills) to operate POS, support stock and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, delivering warm, efficient, brand-aligned customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; reconcile discrepancies and uphold stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure the sales floor presentation meets brand standards.
- Support sales floor activities and customer requests; suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures, maintain housekeeping standards and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving stock as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year(s) of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using walkie talkie and internet-based tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 1+ year of retail experience (cashiering, stock or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
