Coach seeks a part‑time Sales Support Associate II in Nashville, TN — deliver POS operations, inventory support and elevated client service at Coach (Green Hills).
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with company policy.
- Support inventory flow: receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenishment, execute visual merchandising updates, and maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
- Promote add‑on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support client engagement, including local brand ambassadorship and social media activities.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and partner with management or teammates to resolve customer requests and operational issues.
- Perform physical tasks regularly (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifts to 50 lbs) and maintain flexibility to work peak periods, nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer competency, including iPad/tablet use, Mobile POS and internet navigation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic retail days and public holidays.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (climb, bend, kneel, lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales) is required; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or customer service training is an advantage. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
