Coach Sales Support Associate, Myrtle Beach, SC — Part-time retail role offering luxury customer service, POS operations, and inventory management with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate customer needs, and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales
- Receive, process, and organize merchandise shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization while managing inventory levels across the sales floor
- Execute visual merchandising updates and replenish product displays according to brand standards and seasonal guidelines
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement and local market initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience in customer service, cashier operations, or stock management roles; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience considered.
