Coach Myrtle Beach, SC seeks temporary part-time Sales Support Associate ($15–$19.50/hr) for retail operations, POS, inventory, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with team or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- At least one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in luxury retail
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
- Proficiency with cash register systems, iPad, laptop, Mobile POS platforms, and internet applications
- Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release sheets, and use walkie talkies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

At least one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles; preference for luxury retail service environment experience. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
