Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional customer welcome and provide personalized assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in strict compliance with policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process and reconcile incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising and display updates.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM.
• Support sales-floor activities and respond to customer requests; escalate or partner with management as required.
• Serve as a local brand ambassador, assisting in-store social media engagement and customer-facing representation.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines to protect inventory and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within luxury or premium retail.
• Familiarity with contemporary fashion trends and competitive market activity.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS and tablet/laptop devices; comfortable using walkie talkies.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and ability to multitask in high-volume periods.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre within stockroom and sales floor.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cash handling, stockroom operations or sales—preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
