Coach, a globally recognized fashion house under the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate for its Murray location. This role is essential to store operations, requiring proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and exemplary customer service. The position encompasses cash wrap operations, visual merchandising, stockroom management, and brand-ambassador responsibilities across flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and peak seasons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with personalized service and professional warmth
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/payment processing in compliance with policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer inquiries with confidence
- Serve as internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in luxury retail
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, internet applications, and walkie-talkie communication
- Ability to read and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Excellent English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail service background. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is advantageous.

The role is situated in Murray, Utah, USA — conveniently close to Salt Lake City.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
