Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information consistent with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates per brand standards
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and collaborate with team members and management as required
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention protocols
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent roles)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS, internet browsing)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, and kneel regularly (up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-facing role such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate. Experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion environments is preferred. A combination of relevant education and equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional formal education may supplement relevant retail experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
