Coach Sales Support Associate
Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Mishawaka, Indiana (University Park Mall) — temporary retail role supporting cash wrap, stock and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process, organize and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture permitted customer information to support sales growth.
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with store team and management as needed.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador locally and support social media engagement initiatives when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Proven cash handling experience and familiarity with POS systems; comfortable using iPad, Mobile POS and laptops.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capable of regular lifting (at least 25 lbs) and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience with demonstrated cashier/stockroom responsibilities; prior luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
