Coach Sales Support Associate in Mirabel, Quebec. Full-time luxury retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr, benefits, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and local market presence
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales
- Receive, process, and organize product shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Support overall sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience in cashiering, stock operations, or sales
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems, iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read price sheets, product release information, and utilize two-way communication devices
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered equivalent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific education requirements may be substituted by relevant retail experience.

This position is based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
