Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by privacy policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to utilize walkie talkies and interpret price and product release sheets accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays

Skills

Experience

1-plus years of retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of retail experience and education will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
