Coach hiring Sales Support Associate III in Milpitas, California — part-time retail role with benefits, $15–$21.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment)
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet platforms
- Ability to read price and product release sheets and utilize walkie talkies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
