Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering tailored service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and accessibility.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Recommend add-ons and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support social media/brand engagement locally.
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; escalate to management when appropriate and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven accuracy in cash handling and POS operation, with strong attention to detail and organizational aptitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stocking or sales—preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment. A combination of relevant education and demonstrated retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training/certification a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Millbury, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
