Coach Sales Support Associate in Merrimack, NH: Part-time retail position offering $15–$19.50/hr plus comprehensive benefits including health coverage and paid leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, supporting social media engagement and local market presence
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with guidelines
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, and maintain stockroom cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
- Support daily sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communications and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and perform associated physical tasks including climbing, bending, kneeling, and floor/stockroom maneuvering
- Flexibility to work schedule variations including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
