Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale accurately, maintain an organised cash wrap, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Support on-floor selling activities, suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where permitted.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention and safety guidelines.
• Act as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement as directed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfort using iPad/laptop and internet-enabled tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine stockroom and floor movements.

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales). Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred and considered an asset.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
