Coach in Merrimack, NH seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to assist at the cash wrap, manage stock, and deliver client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcome and personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute merchandising updates to support visual presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
- Support daily sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
- Represent the brand in-market and support local social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer devices; able to operate iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capacity to perform physical duties regularly (lift 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, kneel).
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, ideally including cashier and stock responsibilities; experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
