Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide attentive, personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain orderly stockroom conditions.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Identify and suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information when permitted.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement when requested.
- Support Loss Prevention initiatives and respond to customer requests in partnership with the sales team and management.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and high-traffic retail days.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate or sales advisor; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
