Coach Sales Support Associate, Rembia Melaka — Part-time retail position combining POS operations, inventory management, and customer service in a luxury outlet environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Serve as a brand ambassador in store and market environments; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and manage cash and payment media in accordance with policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor operations, respond to customer requests confidently, and coordinate with team members or management as required
- Uphold housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience (including cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology
- Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
