Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate in McLean, Virginia. Part-time retail position with $15.00–$21.75 hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and providing personalized shopping guidance
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
- Execute suggestive selling strategies, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local community; support and engage with social media initiatives
- Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as required
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention protocols and security guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills, and familiarity with iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
- Experience with walkie talkie systems and ability to read price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; however, a combination of education and relevant retail experience may be considered in lieu of formal credential.
