Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with company policy
- Cross-sell complementary products, promote gift card offerings, and capture customer data in accordance with privacy guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; actively support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Support all sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to utilize two-way communication devices (walkie talkie) and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, sales, or related responsibilities. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific formal education mandated.
