Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance to build long-term relationships.
• Manage cash wrap operations: operate POS accurately, handle cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain register organization.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor and replenish sales floor stock; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
• Act as a local brand ambassador and support social media engagement and store representation in the market.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom, or sales). Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational retail or customer service training and some college coursework are advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
