Sales Support Associate role at Coach in McAllen, Texas. Part-time luxury retail position with $15–$18.50/hr compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet, walkie talkies)
- Ability to read and understand price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
