Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Support Associate in McAllen, TX. Part‑time retail role supporting POS, stockroom and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with professionalism and provide personalised, high-quality service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
  • Maintain stock levels through regular replenishment of the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates as directed.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
  • Support sales-floor operations during peak periods, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Adhere to housekeeping standards and loss prevention procedures to protect merchandise and maintain store presentation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales) — luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and mobile POS workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing and kneeling.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales). Luxury retail experience is preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
