Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in McAllen, TX to support POS, stockroom and client service at La Plaza.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly, clean stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture permitted customer information, and support local brand-building including on-store social engagement.
- Support loss prevention procedures and uphold housekeeping and safety standards throughout the retail environment.
- Assist the sales team with ad-hoc floor coverage and customer requests; escalate issues to management as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and internet-based systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to bend, climb and manoeuvre on the sales floor.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience; luxury retail experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
