Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, with preference for luxury retail service environments. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically expected for retail support roles, though a combination of education and relevant experience may be substituted.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
