Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Mashantucket, CT (Foxwoods). Provide POS, stockroom and customer service support for the Coach store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and deliver personalized assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products and promoting gift cards when appropriate.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador, supporting in-store marketing and social media engagement as directed.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention procedures to protect inventory and store assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven cash-handling accuracy and familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of bending, kneeling and navigating sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of previous retail experience, with cashiering, stockroom operations or direct sales responsibilities; prior exposure to luxury retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
