Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media transactions and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policies.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Support active selling on the floor: respond to customer requests, suggest add-on items and promote gift cards while capturing permitted customer data.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist with store communications (e.g., walkie talkie).
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting store-level social engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven cash handling experience and familiarity with POS/cash register systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience handling cashier duties, stockroom operations or direct sales; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training preferred.
